Sadly the design-led and award winning NZ home build company Selah Homes Ltd has gone into liquidation, a big blow for the NZ home building industry, as Selah has been a major company growing in the Auckland market. Their modern farmhouse, architectural and industrial style designs were a favourite among new home buyers sitting at the premium end of the home build market.
The news has surprised many home industry build partners, landowners and tradies leaving a small number out of pocket with 3 unfinished homes.
Sole-director Mark Berryman is said to be suffering from “poor health conditions ” as the main reasons for the companies liquidation along with issues arising from an increase in building costs and “cash flow difficulties”.
