Christmas has been enjoyed and now it’s soon time to take down the festive tree and decorations, but when is the correct date for all this to be done?
There has been much confusion over the correct date to end the festive period and we want to enjoy the decorations for as long as we can. I’m going to stick with the old Christmas tradition of the twelth night a 4th centuary Christian belief that the merriment, festive tree, lights and all the trimmings and garlands should be down by the night of 5th January.
